THE INTERNATIONAL HORS D'OEUVRES BUFFET: $25.00 per person

Open bar for one hour, and including:

COLD CANAPES:

• Cold Artichoke Hearts Filled with cold medley of vegetables
• Strawberries with Brie
• Selection of domestic and imported cheeses
• Crudites of garden vegetables with herb and avocado dips
• Smoked salmon on pumpernickel

HOT HORS D'OEUVRES

• Spinach and Ricotta in Filo Pastry
• Eggplant Rollatini
• Potato Pancakes
• Garlic shrimp on skewers
• Chicken Teriyaki
• Scallops wrapped in bacon
